America’s Army is a first-person tactical shooter actually developed by the United States military to provide a more accurate view of what happens to real soldiers. The game initially starts with a sequence of boot camp missions where players must earn various badges and honors in order ascend in rank, take part in certain mission and use specific pieces of gear. The missions in the game always pit two teams of players against each other. The maps are intentionally complicated with many strategic options in place. Gameplay tends to be slower than in other titles. America’s Army is an exceptional tactical shooter that requires a good amount of thought to play.
